Order Management
We are well equipped with various customized Planning and work in progress chart to have a complete track on order status on day to day basis in order to avoid delay in shipping or in submitting the samples for review & approvals.
Compliance
"The act of complying with a wish, request, or demand, acquiescence ", the act could be of product's country of origin or country of trading. Our entire vendor does comply with various governments' acts along with buyer's compliance. Before we engage with vendors we conduct ethical, compliance, technical audits so that people & product both are safe.
Quality
Our quality management practices are based on T.Q.M & L.E.A.N principles, all our quality tools & quality circles will ensure on proces s control so that what we produce is right at first time. We completely believe in process control rather than product correction at the end of production. We currently deliver our products on AQL 2.5 system.
Logistics
Our experts are strict and vigilant while the products are packed and loaded to avoid any damages in the transit. We manage logistics and documentation that includes obtaining license for customs clearance, requisite permission etc. We have tied up with shipping and Logistics companies to avoid any delays in delivering the merchandise to our clientele.
Consultancy
We have a team of experienced technical engineers in textile, fashion, and clothing construction to assist vendors or production house in improving their technical capabilities, productivity, product quality and finishing techniques. These engineers also assist them to avoid manufacturing defective products and thus improve overall efficiency.
